Business Women Brunchin’ Inc (BWB) is a non-profit organization that provides business education, job skill, transitional living support, counseling, and community development programs to women who are looking to start a business, or scale their current businesses. Additionally, BWB supports women who are looking to change their lives, due to hardship, abuse, or other circumstances, in which women and teens may have been deprived. Kli’Toni has been in the hair, fashion and entertainment world for 17 years in this industry she has accomplished wining hair competitions. She received hairstylist of the year award and was also recognized by the Methodist church for being an impact in the community.
She ran 5k for National Children Advocacy, key hairstylist for love and marriage. Huntsville to hair director for Alabama Fashion Alliance where she volunteers and supports Elena Smith known as Lejeune who is the Founder of Alabama Fashion Alliance.
Kli’Toni has also served as a youth leader and mentor. As the director of Business Women Brunchin’s Huntsville Chapter, Kli’Toni is allowed to support and grow as an entrepreneur with beautiful She-roes who are trying to balance life with business.
You never know the impact you have in someone’s life so being genuine and intentional is important. This Germany-born, Inglewood-raised by a single mom, who’s father passed away when she was just 4. Kli’Toni had to strive to push through all the adversities of growing up in a troubled inter-city environment, however, she was determined not to get lost in her environment.
Kli’Toni’s children are Amanda 24, Alyssa 19, and Alex Bear 16. Kli’Toni says she believes that if you throw effort at life that life will throw success at you.

LeAnda Nolan is from Dayton, Ohio and currently lives in Huntsville Alabama. She is a wife, mother, business owner and full-time medical assistant.
LeAnda’s company Care In Style Scrubs was created so that healthcare workers could have stylish, comfortable, and affordable clothing to work in. LeAnda is new to entrepreneurship and since becoming a member BWB she has had the courage and confidence to step out of her comfort zone and do things and meet people that will help her be successful. The sisterhood of BWB is definitely one that each woman would enjoy being a part of.
